We want you to love your Pepper pieces, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply follow our guided process to ensure your wardrobe is a perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original shipping bag or a secure box, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
